Captured at dawn using a one second
exposure, this sweeping image
exaggerates the colours and textures
surrounding Willows Beach in the
Municipality of Oak Bay.
A long exposure time of eight seconds was
used to capture the symmetry of the two
buildings from a downtown Victoria alley.
The extended exposure blurs the overhead
clouds creating a dramatic grey ceiling.
